Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process; a small fee will be deducted from your refund.

  Pack Securely

  Place your items and the packing slip inside the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; once received, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
